Awesome guy. Does a brutal muscle torturing work out every Wednesday in God forsaken canyons till the rocks themselves tell him to please stop and have mercy on his body. Loves home made rotis more than anything else…well, almost. Has an enormous contact base of carpet guys, locksmiths, maid service, plumbers, mortgage lenders. lawyer,- not necessarily in that order. Always answers the phone. Gives professional advice in his areas of expertise when you are generally feeling like tearing your hair out. And oh!..is also a great real estate agent.
One catch though, if you like working with him you may have to rename your next born Zan.

We just bought a house with Zan as our real estate agent. He was thoroughly professional in every matter, gave us sound advice in areas of his expertise only. If not his area, he always referred us to other sound professionals. Has a large contact base of various services one usually needs in such transactions, eg., mortgage lenders, locksmiths, plumbers etc. He was always available to answer emails/phones. Overall it was a great experience dealing with him. We would highly recommend his services.
