“My Mother in Law passed away and left her home to her son , my husband, and her Daughter, Monica. We had resided in the home in order to take care of Mama before her passing and as the market had dropped, we held the home for another year. When we looked for someone to help us put the house on the market, my only concern was that we could find someone in whom we could trust! A friend of mine recommended Jeff Lovell and gave me his number. My friend spoke of having dealing with Jeff in the past and of the admiration he had for Jeff’s ethics.

I made the call and left a message. Jeff returned my call and set up and appointment for us to meet him and Zan in our home. I must say that not only were both very of them very knowledgeable and professional about the situation, they were compassionate as to the letting go of a home that had been lived in for over 50 years by the family.
They gave fair and honest assessments as what needed and didn’t need to be done to the home in order to sell it. They answered questions and we had many. They gave suggestions as to getting answers to questions that they were unable to answer, so that we were not at a lost.

Our primary contact throughout the process was Jeff Lovell. He not only kept the lines of communication open between the first opening of the house for showing, but kept them open during the entire process. The house did not sell right away, every Sunday there would be another open house. Every Monday we would get a call from Jeff letting us know how the day before went and his thoughts on it. He was not interested in just selling our home and being done with it. He was looking out for our best interests. We had a figure in mind that the house would sell for and it came in above that due to, I believe, Jeff Lovell.

We felt relaxed through this process because of the integrity of the man that we were dealing with. As he treats others well, others prosper. I know that we did. We highly recommend Jeff Lovell to anyone trying to sell or buy a home.”
