A short sale requires much more dilligence, persistence, and negotiating skill on the part of the realtor than a typical transaction, and Jeff came through in every area. What was most important to me was that, during what was a difficult financial period for me, Jeff was a friend and an ally. Had he not been there to guide this transaction, I would have lost that condo to foreclosure. Because of him, we were able to sell the condo, the buyer got a fantastic deal, and the bank was satisfied because they didn’t have to go through with a foreclosure.
